CTET 2020 : Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test twice in a year. CTET 2020 is a national level exam meant to select eligible candidates for the post of Teachers in class I-VIII in government and government aided schools. The CTET examination is conducted for two levels i.e. Class I-V, primary stage and for Class VI-VIII, Elementary stage. All the applicants need to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for CTET as set by CBSE to be eligible for the exam. CTET 2020 Overview

  • The online registration for CTET 2020 have began on January 24, 2020 and the exam will take place on July 5, 2020. 
  • The exam has two papers, Paper I is for candidates who wish to apply for primary level and Paper II is for those who want to apply at the secondary level.
  • The eligibility criteria for both the papers varies and applicants need to ensure they fulfill the eligibility conditions before filling up an online application form of CTET.

CBSE, the exam conducting authority of CTET 2020, will announce the eligibility criteria for the aspirants who are willing to apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test. The CTET eligibility criteria defines the conditions set by CBSE for the aspirants to be able to apply for the exam. CTET Exam Pattern 2020

CTET Cutoff 2020

The cutoff of CTET 2020 will be announced by CBSE along with the result. The cutoff will be available online. CTET cutoff can be described as the minimum qualifying marks fixed by CBSE for all candidates of different categories. Candidates who score equal or above the CTET cutoff set by CBSE for their category will be declared as qualified.

Candidates who are declared qualified will be issued a CTET eligibility certificate which will be valid for a period of 7 years.
