DSSSB PGT, TGT, PRT Teachers Selection Procedure 

Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board Recruitment (DSSSB) has released the Teachers Recruitment Notification for the selection of PGT, TGT and PRT Teachers on 20th December 2017. In 2017-18 Teachers Recruitment, 9232 vacancies are released for PGT, TGT, PRT and Other Teachers. The DSSSB Notification have all information about DSSSB Important Exam Dates, Syllabus and Exam Pattern. It is advisable to all the DSSSB Aspirants to go through the Eligibility Criteria before enrolling for the DSSSB Application Form. The selection Procedure is different for the different posts. i.e. While the PRT and TGT posts have one common selection pattern, the PGT teachers have a different selection procedure to follow. • Register yourself and note down the Registration ID and Password.
• Once you are registered you will be directed to the Application Form.
• Fill your personal and educational details carefully.
• Upload your scanned photograph & signature.
• Take print out of the form for future reference.
• Submit the form.

DSSSB Teachers Selection Procedure 2017-18 – Complete details

Primary Teachers (PRT) and Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) 

• For these posts, the DSSSB will conduct a written test.
• The written test would be objective in nature.
• It will cover almost all the subjects the candidate has learnt in his entire life. This will be a holistic test.
• Here the difficulty level will not be too high or too low but will follow a certain pattern.
• The test will be a one day affair.
• The qualifying candidates will then be screened through a personal interview.

Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)

• For these posts, the Board will conduct a two-tier selection process.
• The Tier examination will be an objective examination. it will have various sections to test the skills of candidates in various subjects.
• The candidates qualifying in the Tier 1 examination will then take part in the Tier 2 examination.
• Then, the final selection will be made according to the rank obtained there.
