1. Know Exam Pattern
The exam will be offline. The question paper will consist 150 Multiple Choice Question (MCQs) for each paper (Paper 1 & Paper 2) carrying 1 mark for each question. There will be 5 section, 30 marks for each section. No negative marking for wrong answers.
2. Subject wise CTET syllabus
You must be very clear about the subjects, for which you are appearing in CTET exam.
Paper 1(I - V): 5 sections
i. CDP (30 Marks)

ii. First language (30 marks), chosen for the medium of instructions

[Language related (20 marks for 20 ques) + language pedagogy (10 marks for 10 ques)]
iv. Mathematics (30 Marks)
[Mathematics (20 marks for 20 ques) + Mathematical pedagogy (10 marks for 10 ques)]
v. EVS (30 Marks)
[Environmental science (20 marks for 20 ques) + EVS pedagogy (10 marks for 10 ques)]
Paper 2(VI - VII): 4 sections
i. CDP (30 Marks)
[Subject related (20 marks for 20 questions) + subject pedagogy (10 marks for 10 questions)]
ii. First language (30 marks), chosen for the medium of instructions

iv. (a) It will be divided into two subsections for science students (60 marks)
(a.i) Mathematics (30 Marks)

[Environmental science (20 marks for 20 ques) + EVS pedagogy (10 marks for 10 ques)]
(b) For S.St students (60 marks)
Social Studies (40 + 20)
[Social studies (40 marks for 40 ques) + Social Studies pedagogy (20 marks for 20 ques)]
3. Exam qualifying marks:
For getting a CTET Certificate, you should score minimum qualifying marks in the exam. Minimum exam qualifying marks are (90). After getting more than 90 you will be able to get a CTET certificate. It will be valid for 7 years from the date of issue.
2. When should I start CTET coaching?
