3 Simple Coaching Tips for CTET Success

1. Start with NCERT

The CTET exam 2018 papers are based on NCERT Syllabus. The difficulty level of paper may be of the Senior secondary stage. Candidate must prepare according to the exam pattern. Follow the NCERT Books for respective classes.

Know the CTET Exam Pattern

The exam will be offline. The question paper will consist 150 Multiple Choice Question (MCQs) for each paper (Paper 1 & Paper 2) carrying 1 mark for each question. There will be 5 section, 30 marks for each section. No negative marking for wrong answers.

2. Have a curious mind

Keeps your mindset good enough that will encourage getting prepared so that you may perform well during exams. For this to happen, solve practice papers at the same time. That will train your mind quite energetic during exams. Train your mind well for the topic Child development and pedagogy. It is a very important topic to focus. 50% of the paper is based on this topic. It concentrates on child development & the teaching methods of different subjects & a little bit about child psychology. There are so many books available to prepare for this topic. As you have chosen to be a teacher, that is a noble profession & you deserve to do your best for it. Whatever you have prepared,  revise it regularly with an active mind.
